 PremierVeneer products are maintenance-free after proper installation. To clean off normal dust and dirt simply spray off with water. For larger interior stone, use a shop vacuum and avoid anything that would scratch or disfigure the surface of the stone such as a wire brush or acid products. On occasion, efflorescence can occur on PremierVeneer products. To remove efflorescence, make sure the stone is completely dry. Scrub with a stiff bristle brush only (NO WIRE BRUSH) and clear water,then rinse. For more difficult efflorescence problems, scrub thoroughly with a solution of one part household vinegar to five parts water. Rinse thoroughly. On all natural stone, occasionally some scuffing occurs. Some scuffing can occur on the surface of PremierVeneer products, which gives it a natural look. 

 PremierVeneer products carry a 50 year limited warranty when installed on a structure that conforms to all local building codes and installed to manufacturer’s instructions. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects in PremierVeneer products. This warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective materials only and does not include labor to remove and replace. It also does not include disfigurement and cracking from structural shifts, improper installation, discoloration from exposure to chemicals, air pollution, weathering of surface or oxidation. Hearthstones used as a surface area for foot traffic are not warranted.
